Dr Jackson and the surgical nurses, anesthesiologist , the whole crew were nothing but wonderful with our 2 year old. The doctor has wonderful bedside, great listening skills, and had decades of experience at Scottish Rite in Pediatrics which was also reassuring. 10/10 experience for tubes for my little one as well. Thank you for helping us! And wait time for visit and surgery were not long!!
Dr. Keith Jackson is phenomenal! I had a deviated septum, among other sinus issues, and he took time to explain exactly what was going on and how he intended to correct each issue. He put me completely at ease by doing so, in addition to being so personable and funny. I wasn't stressed or worried about surgery because he did such a great job at making sure I understood what was going on and by answering every single question I had. Dr Jackson is a Delight and refreshing physician! He has great bedside manner and listening skills...he diagnosed and treated the ongoing problem I had with the knowledge of years experience and wisdom. I highly recommend him!
This office never answers the phone. I always had to leave a message.. IF they called back it was around 6 pm. Dr. Jackson was friendly, but also asked if I had tried an antibiotic. I told him I had used 2 prescriptions of the antibiotic that HE had prescribed. The office ordered a CT scan and an ultrasound for me, but both times the code was wrong, so this made for a much longer wait time. After I left my third visit and the nurse had asked me if I still used the same pharmacy, she had to call me to ask what pharmacy I used... read more
