Dr Paull is super smart, and has awesome bed side manners, he is very detailed and will do what he has too, to get the correct diagnosis for you to be treated !! Definitely recommend him, but getting returned calls or messages to anyone, is almost impossible, not sure why it’s so hard to call a patient back at least the next day if you can’t call the same day. I have some really important issues going on that is affecting my job because of my Autoimmune .
Dr. Paull is first rate, but the office is understaffed and the wait for allergy shots has increased significantly from less than 5 minutes to between 20 to 25 minutes. The office staff is friendly and competent, but be prepared to wait, so bring a book or a newspaper.
I think Dr Paull is one of the best physicians I've seen a long time. He absolutely excels in the field of medicine. He takes time with each patient to fully explain his diagnosis and answer any questions they might have. He's #1 in my book!
Dr Paull is a very nice person; but every time he has prescribed something for me, or changed my prescription I had to call them to send it in; or they forget to complete all the information required for the order to the pharmacy. I have been seeing him for several years now and this continues to happen. Their billing, department also has issues; which I am not going to get into. I’m considering switching doctors due to the numerous issues I have experienced!
