The doctor is Ok, but the front desk staff has managed to misplace my paperwork, not once, but several times. Doctor prescribed medicine, 4 months ago, but never made it to the pharmacy. I updated my information, next time, they had not updated it. They had me waiting 1 hour because they forgot about me being here. Even so I am carrying a huge box with a refrigerated medicine. Left the place thinking I would get state-of-the-art medical attention for my allergies. It is far from it. Three unanswered calls dealing with the cough that took me there in the first place. Still coughing a week later.
Dr. Paull is simply the BEST in BCS. I have been his patient for 15 years, and he has always been professional, personable, and helpful. I struggled with chronic illness, and he worked diligently with me to find solutions for improved health. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent doctor of allergy/Asthma symptoms. His office staff is friendly and patient.
When I first became a patient of Dr. Paull’s in 2023, I was having a tremendous amount of pain. Within two weeks I was no longer using narcotics for pain control, of which I had been using for years. Seriously all my pain disappeared. Fast forward to 2026 and I was having difficulty getting in to see a doctor in my area since I had moved to a new city in South Texas.
