Lack of professionalism due to the fact that when you try to make an appointment, either no one answers the phone or you are transfered to a certain person. Then you HAVE to leave a message and then NO ONE RETURNS THE CALL!! I would NOT trust them with my life, if this is how they show their "professionalism". I'm looking for another Neurosurgeon due to this FACT alone!
