Waiting at least 1 hour past appointment time, booking patients 15 min apart. Office staff refuses to ask or find out how much longer the wait is because he is the "director". Also said they have no idea how a new patient got an appointment with him because he is not taking new patients. Inconsiderate of your time, but if you cancel within 24 hours doctor charges $50. Plenty of other great primary care doctors in NYC.
He was totally on point, efficient and a great doctor. Trustworthy and highly recommended.
