Needs to learn how to bill insurance. I had oral surgery and part of it wasn't covered because of how he billed my x-rays, and was told everything was covered by insurance but it was in fact not and was sent a a bill in the mail (with no easy payment options). All this for an "initial consult" where he misleadingly didn't even give me a cleaning (why would that be two separate appointments). Quick clearance for total knee replacement surgery. Short visit, much appreciated, since I was in pain.
I am grateful for the excellent care. I am also very sorry I missed an appointment yesterday (Tuesday) morning. When I was unexpectedly selected for jury duty late Monday, I forgot about the appointment. I did receive a text reminder, but I often do not notice text messages for several days (as in this case). I was expecting an email, which is the best way to contact me. Not an excuse, since I should have remembered regardless. I will be delighted to reschedule. My apologies for the inconvenience.
