I have been going to Dr. George for several years and I think he is the best Dr I have ever had. He listens and is very attentive. Even when I moved down by Cape I drove all the way to Arnold for my appointments. I didn't want to find a new Dr. And I think his assistant Melissa is the greatest.
Great caring dr. Staff is a nightmare! I was told I need a PET scan and I ask to go to BJC for test it is impossible for staff to do. When sending an urgent message it was treated with low priority. If you have high risk conditions this is not the place for you!
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STAFF AND RULES I WENT IN FOR A NEW PATIENT CHECK UP2023 AND DIDNT EVEN SEE KIETH I ASKED WHY SHE SAID HE DOESNT HAVE TIME TO SEE NEW PATIENTS I WAITED IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR AROUND A HOUR BECAUSE THEY CHANGED THEIR MIND ONLY TO FIND OUT KIETH WAS TOO BUSY AND TO GO HOME. I HAD BLOOD WORK DONE THIS YEAR GOT IT BACK IN MY EMAIL.SOME CONCERNING THINGS CALLED HIS HELPERS TO FIND OUT THEY HAD THEM ON THEIR FAX MACHINE AND MIGHT GET BACK WITH ME WED FOR SURE THURS WELL WED AND THURS PASSED WITH NO CALL... read more
Great caring dr. He is my primary and my mom's pain mgt. Staff is very nice.
Doctor is more concerned with pushing the high dollar medications than actual patient care. Takes multiple phone calls, messages through their online portal, and constant follow up to get anything done. They RARELY return your calls and messages if you don’t stay on them. Very sad and frustrating situation considering I have been a patient for almost 10 years. Moving to a new primary care doctor.
