Completely unresponsive to medical messages and pretty much told me that everything other medical professionals have told me and popular scientific consensus is “BS”. Very dismissive and condescending.
Dr. Fridel is an outstanding doctor who specializes in insomnia using cognitive therapy! He helped me tremendously using a whole new approach for sleep issues that I’ve had for years. I highly recommend him! Sylvia Goldman
Dr Fridel is incredible to work with. I am not partial to therapists, but we has a wonderful interface today for the first time. I am very grateful he is on my wellness team. What a joy!
