I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Forwith at 3:40 p.m. today. I waited an hour and still was not seen so I left. I was in a patient exam room and heard Dr. Forwith enter many other rooms. No one came in to explain the delay or why other patients were being seen before me. I was ignored. This was a very poor experience.
