Performed unnecessary Turbinate Reduction Surgery after I complained of trouble breathing. He didn’t bother referring me to a Pulmonologist first to screen for Asthma. Now I have Tinnitus—which he dismissed as unrelated to the surgery—because he walks on water. Furthermore, he raised his voice when I told him the surgery didn’t help. (Of course it didn’t help, because I never had problematic Turbinates to begin with—I have Asthma). Thanks, Doctor! The ringing in my ears is wonderful!

I scheduled an appointment with this doctor a few months ago. I explained to the scheduler that I was experiencing an annoying buzzing sound in my ear. The scheduler set up an appointment at some satellite office that did not offer a hearing test, which I understand should have been included with the exam. Dr. Sale barely looked in my ears and pronounced that everything looked great. My ear is still buzzing and frequently causes me pain. This doctor was simply not interested in hearing me.

Dr. Sale Is a great doctor. He listened to my concerns and did not rush me. After listening he helped me understand what was going on with my ear. He not only helped me understand he provided a plan of action. I also would like to commend Latishia she was the nurse that took my blood pressure . She ask me what my normal levels were she ask me how I was feeling . She was very personable and caring. It helps to have a team that truly shows that they care about the patient. I am so happy I was referred to this practice.
