After waiting 2 months for an appointment I get to location in Weslaco only to find it closed down.. No phone call or message to let me know, I called & guy said oh yeah we aren't open over there anymore, some people got notified & some didn't we have an office in Mc Allen, would you like to reschedule.NO I WOULD NOT..Very unprofessional don't waste your time.
Extremely happy with service! My dad is 87 years old and the staff was so patient! Waiting period was very minimal and that is because we got there 45 minutes early ! Excellent service and highly recommend them!
I call his office and never get an answer it always takes me to a machine that tells me, “I’m sorry no one is available to take your call” unreal… so frustrated with this office is there anyone that can recommend another dermatologist around Weslaco Texas. I’m done with these people!!!
My husband had an appointment at Dr Keith Picou's Weslaco office on Friday March 24th at 3:30 pm. My husband is bedbound, unable to walk or sit up in a wheelchair. His appointments require us to have an ambulance transport that we pay for out of pocket. He has severe osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis and is in pain nearly all the time. Went in to take my brother and the doctor walks in and goes straight to grab his face and moved his head around without even saying a word. He was very condescending when I was asking simple questions about a treatment I had concerns over. Do not recommend, so rude and unhelpful.
