A little over a year ago I got sick and had parvo virus b19, After a year of seeing my primary and Be in so much pain not being able to move than seeing an infectious disease doctor, Who recommended me to see Bernstein. He had me diagnosed and on medication The very first visit. After about two months, I was out doing stuff that I hadn’t done since I was sick with the parvovirus. He’s caring he listens to YOU, And if you have any questions and call the office he always calls you back, Not the front desk person.
I have been a patient of Dr Bernstein's for many years. He has great bedside manner, never makes me feel rushed in his office, and always takes the time to explain things. He even remembers little things about my family or personal life - an extra touch to show I'm not just a number in his office.
Dr. Bernstein has been my doctor for now going on 11 years for my Lupus SLE. He’s been a God send. I went through three doctors before him and he was the first to listen with compassion and help me get my life back. It all started when I was admitted from the ER and he stopped by my room because he heard a young girl was having weird symptoms mimicking lupus. AMAZING Dr.!!! I was in so much pain a few years ago and right away he was able to diagnose my issues and get me on a treatment plan. He's a very caring Dr. and yes, sometimes you have to wait a bit, but it's because he takes time with his patients and doesn't rush them through, so sometimes he might run a little late, but it's worth it.
