If I could leave a no stars I would. On three different occasions, I sat in the waiting room for two hours the first time then two and a half hours the second time and thirty minutes the third time past my scheduled time. That's a little ridiculous. Mr. Williams is a awesome NP. Never saw Dr Harvey. They allow ppl to just walk in and come into the reception office where patients files are laying around and they can just look right into people's personal files. That's against hippa policy. They take days to call in prescriptions to the pharmacy. The staff is nice and friendly. But if you don’t mind waiting for prescriptions then go here. It doesn’t matter the prescription.
I found this Dr.’s office to be efficiently run and very thorough. The staff was very kind and helpful. Dr. Harvey took her time assessing my needs and treated me with respect. Definitely recommend!
Keisha is the best she is to the point on my medical advice, if she believes I can handle the medication she try’s it but also will tell you no if medicine isn’t for you. Very caring person in this field is hard to find but I’ve been so lucky to have a doctor and a friend that really cares how I’m doing and Will also do over phone when I'm out of town. Trust me she’s the bet in Bogalusa. James Blackburn
