I went in to get a consult on a septoplasty. I have scans proving I have a deviated septum. She agreed I have a deviate septum, but she said she would not agree to a surgery. Mind you septoplastys are a routine, low risk surgery and highly effective procedure. Instead she recommended it go on Flonaze indefinitely. Or some other steriod. Really? Steriod use? Keely told me she was unable to diagnose anything to do with the nose or mouth for my kids then charged 400 dollars. Make sure to request a specialist with more knowledge and experience.
I have had a few appointments with Dr. Chevallier since a Medical procedure. From the beginning she has been informative and the atmosphere around her compared to several other Specialist I have seen since a recent Medical scare I am recovering from has given me the best comfort level to ask questions and stay informed. She is extremely knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommend if you are looking for an ENT!
