Extremely disappointing experience with Dr Kayvan Haghighi’s practice. I had been waiting over a month for this appointment and even called on Thursday beforehand to confirm everything was in order. I was specifically told the clinic would contact my family doctor to obtain my results. When I arrived for my appointment today, they still did not have any of my results and instead expected me to chase them up myself. Dr Haghighi is exceptionally professional, kind-hearted, and always makes you feel at ease during appointments. He is not only generous with his time and attention but also highly knowledgeable and skilled in his field. What stands out most His calm and respectful manner really helps ease any stress or anxiety. His dedication to his work is clear, and it gives you great confidence knowing you’re in capable hands. Was referred to Dr Wong by Dr Haghigi and he was attentive, helpful and we eventually got to the problem and he was able to refer me to the appropriate specialist. Highly recommend both Dr Wong and Dr Haghigi, can not fault either on their care and professionalism when it comes to their patients.
