I had a great experience as a new patient Yesterday. The front desk was fabulous to work with, the nurse tech was sweet, kind and cared about me being there. Dr Saucier listened and wanted to make sure she knew all of my health history and made thoughtful recommendations. She’s a keeper
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I feel as though her bedside manner was lacking kindness and empathy. Didn’t seem overly concerned with the issues I brought up and alternative options weren’t given. I had to use my OB and husband (who is not a DO) for additional support. We were able to find a route to address the issues - thank goodness. She is very quick to respond to lab work which was great and on-time to the appointment.
I have gone to Dr. Saucier for four years and she has always been great at asking questions and following through with necessary tests as well as making suggestions for other beneficial treatments. I would highly recommend her.
She always makes the time to listen to everything I have too say. I love her as my doctor.
Dr. Saucier has been my PCP for about four years now. She is empathetic, caring, and prompt. I’m considered medically complex and I have felt so safe in her care. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new provider. It’s such a breath of fresh air to actually be heard and cared about. Thanks for everything you do, Dr. Saucier!
