Even though I hate dentists, I was able to keep going because of the atmosphere in the room and the cheerfulness of the doctor and staff. I would like to use it again when I come back to New York.
Great experience overall! Everyone was so kind and professional. The dentist and the all team are very gentle and always explained every step of the procedures clearly, which made me feel really comfortable and calm. Super helpful staff too . highly recommend
We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Ishibashi and couldn’t recommend her more highly. Great experience with friendly, professional staff. I’ve had teeth cleanings and other dental work done here, and every visit has been smooth and positive. The team is welcoming, efficient, and truly cares about patient comfort. I’ve also referred several people here because of the consistently excellent service. Mihir is an outstanding assistant—very friendly, helpful, and makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
The dentist and hygienist are very nice and thorough. However, they have a tendency to upsell you on services and treatments you don't need. That felt overly commercial and no longer like a medical necessity and just optimizing to max your insurance coverage. Their prices for standard treatments are also a lot higher than average.
