Dr. Joshi and her medical team are fantastic. I've been a patient for nearly 10 years. It's clear here, that you're treated as a person and not just an insurance claim. Recently, I was having some issues with getting a preauthorization for an important and expensive medication, and Dr. Joshi spent30 minutes on the phone making the casefor me and the medicine was approved. Dr. Joshi primarily offers Telehealth appointments, making it difficult to meet in person for treatment, despite charging a significant amount for each visit. After scheduling an in-person visit for a physical injury, my appointment was rescheduled to a Telehealth session just 30 minutes prior due to concerns about germs. I had already taken time off work and asked if I could show proof of vaccination or a wear mask to attend in person since the issue was purely related to physical pain. But, she still refused to meet.

Dr. Joshi is an excellent doctor and has taken good care of me for 14 years. I feel very comfortable with her and that makes me willing to tell her anything and that is important when it comes to your health. I like her and I trust her.
Excellent physician for the over 70 crowd. Any time I have an issue she is relentless at finding an answer. She stays on top of the problem and always does great follow-up. I've been a patient for years and have found her compassionate and understanding.
