A++ for care, service and efficiency to Dr. Iyegar. I have yet to meet a better healthcare provider in any specialty. She is very well-versed in her field and keeps up-to-date with latest and best possible medications and treatment. So glad to have her as a doctor.
What’s the point of having a phone if you’re going to automatically send every call to voicemail and not call back. I’ve been calling all week to make an appointment and no response. This is ridiculous and reading other reviews this isn’t a new thing. Extremely unprofessional
Doctor Kavita is good but whoever is running the office my god the phones are never answered extremely hard to get an appointment the doctor will put in a prescription or work order and administration takes forever to handle things in a timely matter I'm literally looking into going elsewhere due to this issue alone it's almost devastating and it will run her into the ground
I’m a New patient trying to make an appointment with Dr.Kavita Iyengar I have called this office 3 times and have left 3 messages for a return call. This is Crazy, Ridiculous and definitely unacceptable. They won’t return my Call at All. At this point it really makes me wonder now About what type of Doctor is allowing this behavior and why isn’t the Doctor herself checking to make sure that her staff is staying on top of stuff and doing their job correctly. It was difficult to get a hold of Dr. Kavita. When we were able to connect to the office staff via a phone calls, by which time the matter had become urgent—though not yet an emergency. We waited over two, possibly three hours for a call back. While the staff member we spoke with was helpful, the final message we received was that we should no longer page the doctor and instead take my mother to the emergency room.
