Staff is very active and helpful and dr Patankar is experienced cardiologist.
This Dr is the best heart Doctor in the city. Unfortunately he has hired a bunch of incompetent people to run his office. They makes appointments for you & when you get there they say you can’t be seen today. What a waste of my time! If it happens once or twice I can understand, but continuously? In the last month, I have tried calling three times to get a response for a medical question regarding my heart and my medication. The staff has told me so many lies that they will get this message to Dr. Patankar medical assistant. It’s been over a month. I still have not received a phone call regarding my concerns. Very poor customer service. Tried to call to make an appointment for my dad but could not hear them clearly on the phone. And when i asked the person i talked to please hold so that i could go to grab the insurance card, he hung up on me.
