In the last month, I have tried calling three times to get a response for a medical question regarding my heart and my medication. The staff has told me so many lies that they will get this message to Dr. Patankar medical assistant. It’s been over a month. I still have not received a phone call regarding my concerns. Very poor customer service. Tried to call to make an appointment for my dad but could not hear them clearly on the phone. And when i asked the person i talked to please hold so that i could go to grab the insurance card, he hung up on me.
I do not recommend this cardiologist office to no one very very bad customer service they do not help you at all rude and they don't even help you with the referral process
I have been seeing Dr patankar for over 10 years... Knows his stuff, did two procedures..
