Very professional and fully answered all my questions. Very personable as well, which made me feel more relaxed during procedures.
Dr. Reines took the time to listen to my concerns and also to explain things in terms I could understand. As time went on and I needed follow-up work, I realized that I felt comfortable with her and that helps a whole lot.
