This office has forgotten one simple fact. They work for YOU, the patient. Dr. Lopez acts as though she's doing you a favor by seeing you. The office staff is rude and sarcastic. However, Dr. Le was nice and helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see her much. If you treat Lopez and the office the way that they treat you, you will find yourself looking for another physician. Do unto others, doc. You make a lot of money doing what you do, at least act like you care.
Dr.Lopez is a really great Doctor. I wouldn't go to anyone else. She sits and actually listens. I would recommend her to everyone. She is very caring.
