I made a hot doc appointment for a phone consultation. I did not receive a call at all. No call from clinic as to why. Again a few weeks later I made another appointment. Again after waiting 3 hrs for a call, I rung the clinic to be told that Katy would not call me because I had not had a face to face meeting with her in the last 13 months. It would have been considerate of the doctor or clinic to ring me to inform me of this policy. Very poor service.
