Dr Paulding is not a good or thorough medical practitioner. She has repeatedly ordered incorrect lab tests requiring further trips to the lab at my cost. She has failed to send prescriptions as promised. Misdiagnosed and did not recommend any further testing that is the standard of care for symptoms presented. Please find yourself a doctor that is capable and cares about the patient. She is not a competent primary care physician.

I have been a patient of Dr. Paulding for several years. Initially, she was thorough, easy to talk to, explained things well and had a great bedside manner. During my last appointment, she complimented me concerning about staying in shape, She then began making horrible comments about her other patients and how they don't take care of themselves. An RN was in the room who was laughing , giggling and agreeing with Dr. Paulding. I was disgusted. I have not been back since, nor will I return

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Paulding for about 9 years and she is hands down the best doctor I've ever had. She is warm, listens, thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. Dr. Paulding always remembers what we spoke about at our last appointment and always asks how my husband and pets are. When my mother had Fronto Temporal Dementia and lived with me, I took her to get a check up with Dr. Paulding and she treated my mom with so much care and respect, which was very important to me

Dr. Paulding (on my one visit) was very nice and seemed thorough in her exam/diagnosis. **Although it was about 45 min from my appointment time that I actually saw the Dr. My problem is with the support staff, who have proved to be absolutely awful at appointments and follow-through. I was to be set up for further tests, which never happened. I recently called for an appointment for another issue, was put on hold and disconnected. She may be a good Dr., but the office help ruins it.
