I like Dr Chavez. She takes time with every appt. Explains everything also. Makes me feel comfortable to discuss any issues I have. Katiusca Is like an old family doctor: easy to talk to, interested in all your medical needs, refers specialists, knows all the doctors.
She is the most compassionate and thorough doctor for my daughter Thank you so much and her staff.

When I had an unresolved symptom she meticulously referred me to several specialists until she found the cause of my symptom. Once we discovered my need, she was very supportive in agreeing to transfer my medical care to a facility that is a more qualified group practice. It was a very warm, sad, and rational discharge. Thank you Dr Chavez for your persistence and follow up. You will be missed
Dr. Chavez is the most compassionate and experienced Doctor that i dealt with. My Experience with her has been as a patient and critical care Nurse since 2011. I highly recommend her.
My husband and I had a terrible experience here!! We had to pay upfront 300$ come to find out bloodwork isn’t included, we were expected to pay 1500$ extra!! We found out other doctors in the area charge 300$ including blood work. the doctors knew our situation and did not communicate. the manager he assured us they would rectify the situation and just strung us along.. in the end they did nothing.. very disappointed
Dr. Chavez is kind and very compassionate to her patients needs. She spent a long time with me on my very first visit, trying to diagnose and treat all of my MANY symptoms. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to get their health taken care of. My only problem that I keep having is trying to reach her office, I leave messages with the answering service and still have to call back several times to get answers or schedule my follow up.
Dr Chavez is thorough aND listens to your symptoms. asks followup questions, schedules tests if needed and spends as much time as needed to diagnose and to answer questions. She 8s excellent!!
Dr. K. Chavez is an amazing doctor and a gem for our town. When you are with her, she listens to you and gives you her full attention as if you were the only patient she has to deal with all day. She is also very knowledgeable and will explain things so you understand. Dr. Chavez has even called patient’s homes when there is an issue as opposed to one of her office staff. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a primary care physician!
