Katie Watson was very rude to me. She left a bruise on my face. She was mad I told her assistant about my experience. She said I should have called her about the bruise and she would have called in an antibiotic. WHAT? Why would you have an antibiotic for a bruise? She never said she was sorry. I was a new patient. I don’t understand why she was so angry about me telling her assistant about my experience with her. She should have tried to make things right. She was very unprofessional! NEVER GO TO KATIE WATSON!
WE CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS OFFICE. DR. WATSON AND HER ENTIRE STAFF ARE AWESOME AND CARING. IF YOU NEED A GENTLE DENTIST AND COMPASSIONATE STAFF YOU SHOULD SEEK THIS OFFICE OUT. I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF THIS WOULD LET ME.
