This therapy has ended up being the best of several worlds to solve my problems!! I’ve done routine massage therapy, physical therapy and acupuncture, and this is the best of all those combined. I have “mouse arm” which is like tennis elbow but worse and crazy tight/pain issues in my shoulders/back. This therapist uses acupuncture, estim (pulses through needles, Chinese massage tools and cupping to take care of all of it. I’ve seen the best improvements utilizing this type of technique! Highly recommended!!!

I was having some chronic shoulder pain as I was a dental hygienist for 30+ years and have had more massages than I can count . A friend recommended acupuncture and referred me to Katie! I have been seeing her for more than a year.She is absolutely amazing. I found my body is so relaxed and free of pain! She does different treatments every time and really listens to you. She is very responsive to scheduling and has a lovely office. 10+stars

Katie’s office was easy to find and has a convenient parking lot. Once I got inside, it was warm (it’s only 2° today, so the warmth was very welcoming!), clean and comfortable. She really listened to me and made me feel supported. She is kind and professional. Her work is thorough, I really appreciated the way she combined acupuncture with cupping, gua sha, etc. I felt so peaceful and relaxed leaving. This is my first experience with acupuncture. Katie is patient and kind. She discusses your situation and then decides a best treatment for you. The entire experience is very relaxing and rejuvenating. I have had several sessions over 4 months and find this experience helpful for my soul and my body. Highly recommend!
