My two children, my parents, my husband and I have all been long-term patients of Dr Katie for more than seven years. She is a wonderful person and an incredibly attentive doctor. Above all, she genuinely cares about her patients and is always proactive, thorough and careful in double-checking information. I have had experience with many GPs in Australia and overseas, and Dr Katie is truly one of the best.
Be very wary before bringing your child to Dr Katie. She will fast track them to a lifetime of medication with minimal investigation or a confirmed diagnosis.
Wow! New to the area and had found a worrying lump in my breast that I hoped a female doctor could help me with diagnosing and with ongoing care. On entering I was asked to wear a mask. I explained that I have both a medical exemption and that I am asymptomatic. (Also it is 2023). Was told to leave as the GP would not see me if I wasn't wearing a mask. I wonder what would happen if the issue I was attending for was inside my mouth? 🙄🤯 If I could give 0 stars I would. Thank goodness we have access to many GP's in this geogr... read more
Dr Katie Mellor is just lovely. Very caring, open and honest. Can truly say she is one of the best GP's I have ever been treated by.
