Compassionate and thorough doctor.
I’ve been with Dr. Grund for a decade. She’s compassionate, knowledgeable, and stays up to date on treatment options. I cannot recommend her care highly enough.
Dr. Grund has been taking good care of me for many years. She never rushes thru my appointment and os an excellent doctor! I am very grateful for her!
Dr. Grund has been my PCP for several years, providing excellent preventive care. Today I had a problem that would have required an ER visit. On a Saturday, the answering service contacted her, and I had a call back within five minutes. She was able to solve my problem. I can not say enough good things. She is caring and knowledgeable, and always takes the time to make sure I understand my treatment plan.
Dr. Katie Grund has been my Primary Care Physician for several years. She is an excellent Physician. She is very caring and takes time to answer any and all questions.
Dr. Grund is very knowledgeable about my medical needs. She is also easy to talk to and truly cares.
Her lab botched my blood work and she refuses to take responsibility. Others in her office agreed that the results seemed inaccurate. Even getting a call back from the doctor to discuss it was like pulling teeth from an infant. When I finally heard back from her, she was incredibly rude, telling me, "I don't know what you expect me to do, your blood is already gone." Because this is a physician-run office, there is no one above her to waive the bill. I am forced to pay for their mistake.
Dr. Grund is a dedicated doctor who takes as much time as needed to help her patients with thier recovery.
Dr Grund is an excellent doctor. However, the hold time when you call is ridiculous, and they don't call you back right away.
