Sick dog. Can i get a call back regarding his lab results. No. Horrible people. Could care less about my dog
I'm just in a shock on how badly my dog and I have been ignored by Dr Abbott. We had lab tests done for my SICK dog. I was told 1-4 days to get the results... on the 5th day supposedly Dr Abbott tried to call me on a Friday night but the call would not go thru... did she try again? ....nope not for a week later and THREE calls from me. She did not return my call until the next Friday. TWO weeks now... at 6:15pm ( I also work with clients by appointment) did not give me the opportunity to call her back?nope...said she'd call ... read more
Called for a very sick horse and was told they would call back. They never did and I subsequently had to put it down. Extremely disappointed
