I searched for a naturopath and found Dr. Kathy Nguyen at a time I was experiencing hormonal imbalances, inflammation, brain fog, digestive issues, hair loss, sexual dysfunction, and low mood because of poor lifestyle choices. Upon reading her bio and first meeting, I felt that she'd be a great fit. I had blood work done and the results showed that I had a higher than normal TSH due to my thyroid over functioning for not having enough vitamins and nutrients to support it.
