I felt not listened and like I was a number the day I visited this office. I was with the doctor for about 10 min total. She did not listen to my concern at all and barely looked at me. I broke down at the end of the visit in tear due to frustration and feeling like I was getting no help. She offered no supportive words or encouragement, rather she just handed me a folder and said I could check out at the front desk.
