Im saddened Ms. Syed is leaving that breaks my heart she seemed really caring and like she wanted to help me. Her and Ms. Helen are really good doctors. Dr. Kathryn Syed is a gifted physician who demonstrates the true meaning of service. I have had the good fortune to bring my mother to Dr. Syed. Bringing sunshine and laughter and seriousness, her attention to my aged mother‘s needs have been a singular blessing. I cannot thank her enough. I was so impressed that when I needed to replace my own primary physician, I chose Dr. Syed for I felt at home with her. Thank you, Dr. Syed, for embodying the grace at Gracepoint.
Dr Syed is the best PCP I've ever had! She listens to every concern I have and deals with it probably. Honestly I can't say enough about how much I love having her as my PCP.
The receptionist Nelson needs some work on his listening skills. Told me to check with my insurance to make sure the Dr in network, I found the contact info directly from the insurance website. PMTFO obviously didn’t want to do the job.
