nobody attends the call and just keep u on waiting list for no reason. only to call and just telling concern wait time is 2 more hours . what kind of doctor office ???
My primary care physician moved out of the area, so I needed a new doctor. I did some research, and Dr. Morcom seemed to have good reviews. When I called Dr. Morcom's office, there were only 2 people ahead of me, but I waited for 22 minutes to speak with someone. The receptionist who answered was not very friendly. She was quite short and informed me if I wanted the doctor to manage any medication, that would be a separate appointment. Finally, she offered an appointment for late October, over 2 1/2 months out! My husband and I both see Mr. Morcom. We moved around a lot due to military and it has been great to have a primary doctor that is great with friendly front desk staff.
Dr. Morcom is a really kind and caring doctor. She has been my doctor for about 10 years.
