Dr. Morcom provides great care, a listening ear, and is very responsive when discussing follow up items, such as test results or medication questions. She's very down to earth and makes it easy to talk about your health. My only complaint is that she is in high demand at this location and same day sick appointments are not easy to book. However, the office will make sure you are seen by another provider for timely care. Overall, I'm very happy with the care I receive from this doctor's office.
Love Dr. Morcom. She is very busy but she is thorough and listens to me. The doctor patient relationship is perfect. HIGHLY recommend!

nobody attends the call and just keep u on waiting list for no reason. only to call and just telling concern wait time is 2 more hours . what kind of doctor office ???
My primary care physician moved out of the area, so I needed a new doctor. I did some research, and Dr. Morcom seemed to have good reviews. When I called Dr. Morcom's office, there were only 2 people ahead of me, but I waited for 22 minutes to speak with someone. The receptionist who answered was not very friendly. She was quite short and informed me if I wanted the doctor to manage any medication, that would be a separate appointment. Finally, she offered an appointment for late October, over 2 1/2 months out!
