I was a patient of Dr. Kolonic when she was practicing at aim health! In my opinion, she’s the best doctor I have ever had. She was thorough, gentle, kind, and had way of putting me at ease. She also was a doctor to both of my daughters as well as my son, we all loved her. We were quite saddened when she left to go into hospice care. Question treatment block

I’m in so much pain, my cancer removed major nerves. Every doctor has suggested a nerve block. But Katheryn is Blue crosses reason for blocking my treatment. Why has she done this? Why is her name on their sheet denying my treatment. What help can I get for my pain?

I saw Dr. Kolonic for a medical issue that I was having told her my symptoms to which she responded that medical problem could only result from a tear while giving birth and since I had not given birth this was not possible. Thankfully, I continued my medical care elsewhere and was diagonosed with Crohn's disease, to which my new doctor informed me not only were my symptoms real but also serious. It was very frustrating to have Dr. Kolonic tell me a very real symptom was not happening.

Dr. Kolonic is an uplifting, positive, and thorough type of doctor. She's very personable and let's me know exactly what I need to do to take care of myself. She's also a good listener and doesn't rush the visit. You feel like you have a real advocate for your health. She's been my doctor for years, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a family doctor.
