Run, don't walk away from this practice! Very rude and incompetent staff. I was referred to Dr. Reynolds, who personally made two promises, both of which her staff undermined her and refused to complete. I will be sure to let the referring physician know of my dissatisfaction - hopefully, they'll rethink their referral in the future. This place is disorganized and doesn't seem to have their patients' best interests in mind.
Just wanted to take the time to thank Dr. Reynolds for being such a caring doctor and always listening to my concerns and answering all my questions. Courtney Brown, CMA that works the desk to assist Dr. Reynolds is amazing at getting messages to the doctor and always calling me back to answer my concerns. A big thank you to Dr. Reynolds and Courtney.
I can’t say enough nice things about Dr Reynolds, she is kind, caring, and compassionate. Thanks to her care in diabetes/weight management, I have my life back.
I was referred to this office by my oncologist who sent my labs over showing my thyroid levels were off. I needed refills/upgrade in dosage for my thyroid medications. I called and followed up and was told Dr. Reynolds was out of town and didn’t have a chance to review the labs. Didn’t hear back. Called and followed up and was told they did not receive the labs from my oncologist, which my oncologist advised was sent over. So now they are questioning my oncologist’s office? Really?!?
