Staff are always courteous and efficient. The office schedule is prompt with minimal waiting time. You barely sit down after checking in and you’re called in to exam room. Dr. Bower spends ample time reviewing your blood work and answering any questions I present. Having taught a class in medical office procedures I truly appreciate a well managed office. Kudos to Dr. Bower and staff for their professionalism and jobs well done from the receptionist to the medical assistant and to Dr. Bower. Thank you all!
Dr. Bower has been my oncologist for the last year and half. I am greatful she was put in my path. She explains everything to me where I can understand. She answers my questions. She was not opposed to be doing alternative medicine with my chemo and immunotherapy treatment. When my insurance denied my treatment she went to the manufacture to ask them to cover it.
