After...searching on my insurance company's providers. Verifying coverage with this "provider". Providing a referral. Completing several forms prior to my appointment. I received a VOICEMAIL, not an actual HUMAN, to "advise" me, they were not accepting new patients. I guess you could say i was disappointed. But I wouldn't say disappointed, I would say royally po'd. When provider's say they "care", apparently they refer to their own "care". Not patient CARE!!
Not an office I want to visit. I called to get information and the receptionist Tracy was very rude and when I asked for the supervisor she didn't want to provide one and stated well, she's going to tell you the same thing. In order to have a successful business you need someone who is going to be polite to patients.
