Dr. Thompson was great - however, no matter what time of the day and what day of the week I’ve called, the receptionists & front desk people are genuinely disgustingly dismissive. I have never met such entitled and rude people and it’s enough for me to switch drs immediately. I’ve had some major issues with getting my birth control dispensed and I asked for a very simple request from this office. Kate is the best. Wouldn’t go to anyone else.
The whole team is amazing. Michelle and Kathleen have always been there for me for any concerns. They will even make a simple phone call so you don’t have to make another appointment. Very caring and compassionate. I will be a patient for life even if I am in a different state or country. You can’t get the type of care anywhere else
