Extremely unprofessional and absolutely no patience. Worst dental service I’ve ever had. She was so very cruel to my wife who is terrified of dentist to begin with and Kathleen Rowley actually medicated my wife froze her whole mouth then came in and refused to work with us NO EXPLANATION like I said VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Having moved to Anacortes in the last year, I was in need of a good dentist. I found Dr. Rowley online and have since had an evaluation, teeth cleaning, 2 cavities filled, and one crown. Every visit has been professionally handled by her and her staff, in a courteous manner. So far, I have had only positive experiences here and even recently brought in my disabled brother for them to help. I highly recommend Dr. Rowley and her team of professionals!
Don't ask questions about your bill. My family & I went to Dr. Rowley for years. I noticed that my secondary insurance was reimbursing her office an extra $8 for a procedure, over & above the negotiated fee. Instead of applying that extra $8 to the bill I had for another procedure, she refused to acknowledge it.
