I was bleeding in my mouth and the blood kept coming. I was able to drive to the emergency room of a local hospital. Dr. Kelly diagnosed the problem as coming from a cut in my tongue. I had been taking an anti-coagulant because of an earlier heart attack. Dr. Kathleen Kelly needed to stick a hypodermic needle in my tongue to reduce the pain and then stitch the cut in my tongue to stop further bleeding.
