I read the comments and am shocked. I have had Dr. Osten for several years. She is thorough and her staff truly cares. If you want a Dr. who will make sure to treat you diagnostically and not just cater to you because you feel privileged and expectant of some special VIP treatment then this is the Dr. for you. It's sad the ratings here are obviously immature unreasonable people. Rock on Dr. O and her team!!! Thank you for the excellent care you have provided me and figuring out problems and caring deeply as you have.
Stay away from this doctor. I have been a patient of hers for years and should have switched a long time ago but stayed due to not wanting to deal with the hassle of switching when she was easy to get in with. Her attitude is terrible, she is rude, condescending and downplays anything you tell her. I’ve been complaining about a certain issue for years and she never sent me for the appropriate consultations and now I’ve had to have surgery for something that has become way more complicated than it should.
