I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Grizzard as a new patient. Prior to the appointment, I received multiple text messages and phone calls reminding me of the visit. I was also required to complete extensive new patient paperwork at least two days in advance or risk having my appointment canceled. Dr Grizzard has been my doctor for over 20 years. She is an excellent and very professional doctor who listens and has always diagnosed and prescribed appropriately.
I work for a company that requires us to get orders for patients to get their exams done with us from dr grizzard. We call the drs office for the pt and a woman named gloria answered, super rude not wanting to help assist the patient or us, she went on for about 15 minutes saying “oh it’s you guys again you know there’s ALWAYSS AN ISSUE” (mind you they’re always screwing up their orders or not sending them at all.) i’m not sure if she’s miserable with her life or what but it seems that way.
