Doctor and staff were rude and awkward
Dr. Fernan and Megen Handley provide excellent care along with all the nurses and office staff. My entire family are patients and we are incredibly satisfied with the care we receive.
They charged $145 for a “phone consultation” when I called in and asked the receptionist for a prescription for my pink eye. Absolutely outrageous, I will not be going back.
Dr. Fernan is very intuitive. She does a great job listening and diagnosing. She uses her medical knowledge, experience, gifts, and talents to find the root cause of conditions and treats them accordingly without putting a pharmaceutical band aid on an ailment for a temporary fix. Her rates are right in line for someone with that level of service. I appreciate her holistic approach in whole body care.
