very patient, explained things well- did not feel rushed.
Only saw her on the 1st visit. Every time I call I am told she will get back to you up to 72 hours later! When she does get back she tells you to make an appointment. She is very difficult in obtaining medication refills. Even on refills it takes 3 days for her to do so! The office staff is never helpful or friendly. Always have an attitude.
This review is from my own personal experience. I did not like having to see two of her residents before I got the chance to see her.I do not like seeing the residents, and I feel it's my right as a patient to be able to strictly see her, but I am forced to see her residents if I want to make an appointment with her. Today I had an appointment with her and I did not see her, I saw her residents. I asked was she coming in the room and the I was told, "I'll tell her you want to say hi."
