Dr. Bales is the consummate professional. His knowledge about orthodontia spans the generations and gives him the ability to approach cases from many angles. Also, his daughter works in the same office and the consult together giving the patient confidence that the treatment options are well thought and the best that the current trends offer. I am in my late 30's and had braces in the 1980's and I would say that Dr. Bales approach is unquestionably one of the best in the business and definitely the best in the North Bay.
