I have been a patient of Dr. Kathleen Keating for about two years. What can I say? Dr. Keating is the best physician I have ever had, and I thank God, she crossed my path! I am in my 70's, and yes, I have seen some few physicians all these years, but she is best in terms of care! She listens to my complaint, carefully, and allows me to talk without interruption. I called you cuz I tried to have a new PCP appointment in Riverside area, but you refused to make an appointment for me because you MUST need receiving my Medicare insurance FIRST before making an appointment with your MD, even though the MD won't be available to see any new patients in the next 1-2 months. How come you needed charging patients Medicare insurance months BEFORE the patients FIRST time appointment? What happened if finally the patients aren't able to see you? I really like Dr. Keating. She listens, doesn’t interrupt, and takes my concerns seriously. She’s very kind and has a good sense of humor. I’m thankful to have her as my PCP.
