This review is specifically about the receptionist’s behaviour and has nothing to do with the doctor or the medical care. I want to make that clear because I would not want this review to be unfair to the doctor. Unfortunately, the receptionist’s way of dealing with people was not professional at all. Dr. Jasey and the Dr. in training (wish I caught her name) were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They both took their time asking questions and doing the examination. I really appreciate it especially since it can be daunting at times.
I’m so lucky to have Dr. Jackie and will be her patient for life. I’ve been working with her for just over 8 years now. She is kind, attentive, patient and I never feel rushed. I truly couldn’t have a better doctor. One time we were waiting for results that didn’t come by the end of the day. She called me after hours to advise she’d be on vacation the following day, and sent me to emerg (knowing it was urgent and couldn’t wait). Truly an incredible doctor.
Kind caring knowledgeable and professional. Could not ask for better doctors.
The Dr's are great. They need to do something about their receptionists attitude, not doing her job and being rude. Or the Dr's will lose their patients
