The Dr's are great. They need to do something about their receptionists attitude, not doing her job and being rude. Or the Dr's will lose their patients
Dr. Jackie is an incredibly compassionate, thorough, and attentive physician. She truly listens to every concern and takes the time to ensure nothing is overlooked. Along with Pina and Rubi, they create an environment where we feel like we are their only patients. During recent major health concerns with our son, Dr. Jackie went above and beyond. Show up for appt 15m early to a line up. Why are whole families sitting in waiting room. While people having appt stand in hall. Why men and kids in waiting room Thats very small. Im told 2 hr wait. Not well run.
The receptionist needs help or something needs to be fixed. I have been calling within the offices hours since last Tuesday everyday and not once have I been able to get ahold of someone. Why is it so hard to schedule an appointment?
