Show up for appt 15m early to a line up. Why are whole families sitting in waiting room. While people having appt stand in hall. Why men and kids in waiting room Thats very small. Im told 2 hr wait. Not well run.
The receptionist needs help or something needs to be fixed. I have been calling within the offices hours since last Tuesday everyday and not once have I been able to get ahold of someone. Why is it so hard to schedule an appointment?

Tina, the current receptionist, often displays a lack of enthusiasm when answering the phone and exhibits impatience, which reflects poorly on the professionalism of the office.
