Our daughter has microtia affecting her right ear and just had her Osia implant put in this past Monday. Today we were able to take off her headband covering the healing incision. When we asked how much of her hair we should expect to be shaved off, as we were aware that they may shave off a significant amount, the nurses notified us that Dr. Sie tends to not shave any hair off if she can manage to do so.
