Dr. Kathleen is truly exceptional. She took the time to listen carefully, assessed all my concerns thoroughly, and made sure she understood every detail of my condition. I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommended!
Was not seen at this location, but the level of care I received was completely lacking. At first I thought she was a good doctor, because she found the root of my problem. I went to see a specialist at Cleveland clinic. She had the audacity to even say the specialist "had no idea what they're talking about". And when I asked for a different referral because my insurance lapsed and I was no longer able to be seen at the clinic she kept referring me to a doctor that does not take my insurance. Had her before she not respectful to any of her patients I'm surprised she still have her job after she pull ..
