Dr.Severson,and her staff were excellent.She was very caring and compassionate to the patients that she treated during here medical practice. Dr.Severson was our doctor of choice (my mother's,myself and my son )........She was a "people person with highly acquired, patient respected, medical expertise. Dr. Severson,pass away suddenly in May of 2020.Thank you Dr.Severson and thank your staff for the professional love,care and understanding of your patients......God Rest your soul....D.Dalton
Worst office I have EVER been to for accommodating elderly patients. I drove to nearly Carrollton to pick up my mother in law to bring her back to Jasper for a visit to be admitted in the nursing home. Yes, ultimately a visit for paperwork. We were 30 minutes late due to traffic, yet I called in advance to let them know. We checked in, paid the co-pay, waited 15 minutes then were told that they would not see her. she was my doctor for years. i am disabled due to mental illness and due to at times boredom, also a very traumatic childhood and living with family at the time that i didnt even feel safe living with toward the end of my care with her...having always trusted her and been honest she told me she could no longer see me. my appointments took sometimes 45 minutes then telling me i had been being timed, missed appoitments (at times i was too sick and abused to even call to cancel much less drive there, and that i was "always so s... read more
Very nice and competent Doctor. Have used her for about 2 years. All appointments were efficient and taken in timely manner until recent when the office only has 1 Doctor since previously had 2 Doctors. Yesterday I had an appointment at 3:30 and sat in medical room for 50 minutes without seeing Doctor. I complained and Doctor came in. I was only there for medicine refill from 6 months. The scheduling isn't Doctor fault she is spread too thin. Maybe get earlier appointment before get behind.
